♥ Settling in...
Just to make things clear, this was SUPPOSE to be posted ages ago… not my fault that TPG didn’t get the message that we’re changing location and we ended up having no internet for 2 freaking weeks. If it weren’t for Shaunna my FarmVille on facebook is doomed for sure.
I’ve finally moved in to the new house, after what seems like endless moments of hell during my holiday with all the packing, cleaning & now I can’t even be stuffed unpacking, this was probably one of the worst holidays I’ve had besides the one when I had chicken pox xP. All that’s left is about 30 years worth of mortgage to pay *sigh*. My room is now so god damn small that I can no longer fit a desk in it. My bed already takes up 75% of the room & what’s worse my closet is now half of the size in compared with my previous one plus no mirror. So I’m still trying to adapt to all these changes on top of that trying to finish unpacking all the shit I brought with me which are still piled up in the double garage = =. Like I’ve said, I never knew I had so much junk until I started putting them into the boxes & bags one by one. Now I just can’t be stuffed taking them out of the boxes since I probably won’t need them for now anyway (they are “junks” that I keep, after all).
The only new thing I’ve got from moving is a brand new 23 inch screen for my computer. Now compared to my old screen, this new one is ridiculously big and my desktop was just stretched out of its original size. To top that up, it has no speaker… I ended up plugging my super mini speaker from the back of the computer. Well, more like my brother did it, I had a bet with him that it wasn’t going to work and now I owe him $20 xP. So the speaker now sits behind the computer… more like squashed. Not that it makes much different since it’s only costed me 2 bucks and it about the size of my palm xD. But my computer is still as crap & as slow as usual (no surprise there). Right now I’m still not used to staring at the wide screen, such an eyesore (literally) >”<.
The bus trip now from the place to school is much further. Not only did I have to leave the house earlier but I have to sit on the bus for longer. Maybe it’s because I’m used to short bus trips from living at the previous place for 3 years straight and it’s always so close to school. I still had time then to watch a bit of cartoon on the TV & leave after the show is finished. Now, I have to wake up earlier to get ready and depart without even bothering to switch on the television during breakfast. Actually, I’m more or less skipping breakfast lately. The long bus trip sometimes make me want to regurgitate my breakfast (don’t ask me why) so it probably would be better not to eat a thing knowing that I have a good chance for polluting the bus. Well, it seems that having an iPod now doesn’t help the boredom in long bus trips. By the way, I got an 8 GB capacity iPod nano gen 3 off Darleen for $25. That spoiled child/rich bastard now got herself an iPhone so she ditched the iPods. For now, I’ll stick with reading :/
